Developed in collaboration with Finca Anaya, this coffee was designed specifically for our featured espresso range. A washed estate lot with a multistage fermentation, producing a sweet, fruit-forward cup with jammy dark fruit character and a rich, rounded sweetness that works beautifully both black and with milk.
